Is Nordic International very strict?

We believe in having a calm learning environment and therefore expect our students to behave. We have implemented a disciplinary system to uphold this. If a student misbehaves once he or she is given a warning. If a student misbehaves twice they are sent out of the classroom to finish their work at the administration. The third time a student misbehaves they are given a detention after school.
